With 2017 fast approaching we are now starting to look at recruitment for when the pub opens in spring of next year, and one of the key roles that we need to fill is our head chef who be fundamental in creating the Erskine as a destination for dining in the area.
We are looking for a HEAD CHEF with bags of creativity and enthusiasm and a passion for working with fresh local ingredients to head up our kitchen. Fine dining we are not, but fine food is what we are about. Our food is fresh, hearty and creative meaning that our customers enjoy wholesome portions of the finest pub food around. We love to work with the seasons and for this our menus change regularly and our head chefs have autonomy over these changes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic head chef looking for a progressive and challenging role who wants to further their career and help us create an exciting and bustling foodie pub in North Wales.
