It will be a lovely evening with a relaxed and friendly dining atmosphere, great service, a complimentary glass of bubbles on your arrival and 7 delicious courses of fine food. The table is yours for the evening and the live music will be on for you to join once you have finished your meal if you wish.

Pan-seared scallops, pea purée, crispy quail’s egg with a shallot & bacon jam
Curried tail of monkfish with crispy panko breaded Conwy mussels, roasted cauliflower and golden raisin purée
Roasted breast of quail, confit leg lollipop with sweetcorn salsa, sautéed morel mushrooms and wild blackberry jus
Twice baked Perl Las soufflé served with a rocket & walnut salad and spiced plum chutney (v)
