All of our bedrooms are en suite, homely in feel and fitted to a high quality standard.
We have a mixture of double and twin rooms along with one family room. Many of our rooms enjoy stunning views of the 13th century town walls and castle, the 12th century St. Mary’s church or up the Conwy valley towards the often snow topped Tal y fan.
Enjoy a one night stay for two people, a meal voucher up to the value of £55 and a full Welsh breakfast for only £140.

The Erskine Arms has ten guest bedrooms over three floors that sit above the warm and friendly pub. Our bedrooms are accessible by stairs only, unfortunately we do not have a lift.
Our neighbouring converted chapel 'Y Capel' sits just over the road from The Erskine Arms with eleven guest bedrooms over two floors of the chapel and the annex stable building. We have a number of rooms on the ground floor.
As the name might suggest, our rooms are found within a stunning 19th century Baptist chapel and outbuildings, retaining many of the original features of those structures including the Baptismal pool that can be seen through the floor of the entrance, the original pitch pine roof timbers, the stone mullion windows and the elaborate front façade. We wanted to keep the building as original as we could in appearance but ensuring that guests expectation are met when it came to quality comfortable accommodation.
Over the years we have been asked for rooms time and time again over Christmas day/ boxing day with lots of people coming to visit friends and family in the area. So this year we have listened and decided to open up to Chapel.
This Christmas we are opening up Y Capel on a room only basis. As we close the pub itself on Christmas day then we will not be accepting check-ins on Christmas day or boxing day.
3 night minimum stay from 24th of December (Christmas eve) with checkout from 27th).

Our family suite consists of two interconnecting rooms - one double room with a king size bed and one twin room with two large single beds. There is ample room for a family. This suite has two en-suite bathrooms with shower. BREAKFAST INCLUDED.

Check-in: From 2pm (3pm at Y Capel) until 10pm. If check-in is required outside of these times this is not a problem but please call us in advance to discuss your requirements.
Check-out: We ask for rooms to be vacated by 11am. If you require your room after this time please give us a call before your stay to discuss your requirements.
We don't have a car park at the The Erskine Arms however being located in the centre of town, there are a number of local public car parks close by that are fairly priced for long stays.

Parking is available at Y Capel, there is one space allocated per room.
Extra vehicles: Being located in the centre of town, there are a number of local public car parks close by.
Monday to Friday: 7.30am until 9.30am
Saturday & Sunday: 8.00am until 09.45am

If you wish to cancel your stay, you must cancel the booking 48 hours in advance of your arrival date by 9am. In the event of failure to check in or cancellation within 48 hours of the date of arrival, we reserve the right to take full payment of your stay.
We do just like to make our guests aware that our bedrooms are accessible by stairs only, unfortunately we do not have a lift.
Unfortunately dogs and other pets are not allowed in our bedrooms. They are welcome in the bar area and outside on our patio but not in the guest rooms.
